This is awesome!! I'm right there with you. So far, a piece of cake with minimal muscle burn while and little after doing the set. I was just thinking today that I would have to break them up into sets soon because I get winded doing less than 100 so I'd probably pass out if I continue to do one set as the numbers get higher!! Who gets winded from doing squats?? You're stationary the whole time!! It hasn't been that long since I've stopped going to the gym…anyway…lol. Thanks for the video. I've seen one before but forgot all about making sure the knees don't go over the toes!! Plus, I like the butt squeeze at the bottom of the count! You know I have a lot of events coming up where I won't be at home…and it's harder for me to stick to routines when I'm out of my element, so we'll see how I do as the month goes on!!
You definitely should! Let Day 1 be today and follow the hashtag (3295squats via Instagram and twitter for encouragement, motivation and reminders! And let me know how you're doing if you do!

I am on Day 11 & it is getting challenging, but I just break it up into sets.
That's my plan starting tomorrow, Ash! Doing 75 at once was tough so I think it's time!
