Monthly Measures is BACK!

Last January I started monthly measures to keep track of my journey to a healthier lifestyle (you can click on the Monthly Measures tab to truly understand what it’s all about). At the time it was a link-up that I really enjoyed hosting but the lack of participation caused me to let it go after seven months.

This year I’m even more determined to meet my health/fitness goals, and as I’ve stated many times before I really need accountability so blogging about my journey feels like a necessary part of it. This go ‘round I’ll just be telling my story without the pressure of a link-up attached to it. But, I still really want others to weigh in, give tips, lead me to health/fitness related posts (be it your own or others) and just encourage me and each other to move forward.

It’s so easy to set goals at the beginning of the year but sticking to them is the hardest part. I’m trying to do everything in my power to keep my goals to the forefront of my mind all year long. This is just one way of doing that. I hope you have success in finding ways to do the same and I pray we have much success this year! Let’s make each year a better year than the last!
