I slept in a toddler bed last night. It was the best sleep I’ve had in a really long time.
When I took Madison to bed I made the mistake of climbing into bed with her to read her a bed time story. We said our prayers and I thought I’d lay with her for just a second. Those few seconds turned into hours. Several sweet, sweet hours.
Then, the hubs came and woke me because neither of us likes to sleep without the other. I know. Cute!
So basically, I went to bed around 9pm last night and got over eight hours of sleep. Eight freaking hours! I typically get about five hours on average so consider me rested.
Apparently, your body knows just what you need when you need it.
